Refund Policy

All digital products on pluginthemestore.com are final sale. Due to their downloadable nature, refunds are generally not provided once a product has been accessed.

Refund Eligibility

A refund or replacement may be considered only if:

  • The product is completely unusable

  • The main product description was misleading

  • Files were not downloaded or only partially downloaded

In such cases, we may attempt to fix the issue before offering a one-time replacement.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be given if:

  • You change your mind or the product doesn’t meet expectations

  • Demo content or license keys are required

  • The product is incompatible with your setup

  • Installation mistakes caused site issues

  • The product was already downloaded

Support & Access

  • Products are provided “as is”

  • We are not the original developers

  • Support is limited to guidance and installation help

  • Access to refunded products must be stopped immediately

Processing

Approved refunds may take up to 14 days. Partial use may reduce the refund amount.
